1. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

At Vidimix, we strive to provide excellent video editing services. This policy outlines the conditions under which client may cancel their subscription and request a refund.


2. CANCELLATION OF SUBSCRIPTION

a. client have the flexibility to cancel upcoming subscriptions at any time through their account settings on our platform.

b. Subscriptions can be resumed at the client's convenience.


3. REFUND CONDITIONS

a. If a client wishes to cancel their subscription within 7 days of the billing cycle, 80% of the subscription amount for that month will be refunded.

b. If the cancellation occurs between 7 and 15 days from the billing cycle, a 50% refund of the subscription amount for that month will be provided.

c. No refund will be given for subscription cancellations made after 15 days from the billing cycle.


4. RIGHT TO POST AND OWNERSHIP

a. client retain full ownership of the edited videos delivered by our agency.

b. By subscribing to our services, client grant [Your Video Editing Agency Name] the right to use the edited videos as testimonials for promotional purposes.


5. CANCEL AND RESUME SUBSCRIPTIONS

a. client can cancel upcoming subscriptions at any time.

b. Subscriptions can be resumed at the client's convenience.
